Role Mission: The Vice President of Strategic Accounts drives account growth and meets quarterly/annual sales targets. This position requires developing processes ensuring efficient client needs fulfillment, facilitating communication between Sales and Delivery teams, and enhancing productivity to address client satisfaction comprehensively. Key Responsibilities: - Manage overall growth and profitability of assigned strategic accounts - Optimize pricing strategies adhering to company policies - Develop data-driven account strategies with ongoing review and execution - Support internal sales and revenue reporting - Supervise daily and strategic account operations - Act as primary escalation point for delivery concerns - Collaborate with global teams to establish uniform processes - Serve as liaison between Sales and Delivery teams - Maintain CRM data accuracy - Support new hire onboarding - Mentor Client Service Directors and Account Managers - Lead client service initiatives to improve communication and productivity Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience - Minimum 5 years healthcare market research experience - Business development background - Exceptional multitasking abilities - Strong relationship-building skills - Effective communication - Robust time management - Problem-solving orientation - Self-disciplined organizational approach - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Benefits: - Performance-linked compensation - Travel allowance - Continuous advanced training - Flexible remote working - Open corporate culture - Company pension plan
