ForTech Consulting GmbH is hiring a Lohnbuchhalter:in (Payroll Accountant) for a 100% remote role starting at 30 hours per week. In this position, you will independently manage payroll and/or financial accounting for an established firm's clients across various industries and sizes.

What You'll Do

Self-manage payroll and/or financial accounting for clients of various industries and sizes.
Prepare monthly payroll and salary statements if your focus is on payroll accounting.
Process ongoing accounting, prepare annual financial statements, and handle tax returns if your focus is on financial accounting.
Communicate directly with clients and authorities.

What We're Looking For

Completed training as a tax assistant (Steuerfachangestellte/r) or in financial accounting with experience in payroll accounting.
At least 2–3 years of professional experience in payroll and/or financial accounting.
Secure, practical knowledge of DATEV software.
An independent, structured, and absolutely reliable way of working.
Genuine enjoyment of digital collaboration and working from a home office.
