Our Mission at HEY HOLY: Elevate dog health through nutrition to a whole new level. Instead of one-size-fits-all, we focus on breed-specific, functional food – developed with veterinarians and aimed at enabling every dog to live a long, healthy life.
What started as an idea in 2022 is now a rapidly growing DTC subscription model with over 20,000 dogs served. Our 15-person team aims to grow to over 35 by the end of 2026 – now is the perfect time to jump on board.
Our ambition doesn't stop at the product, and certainly not at creative – We think through the entire journey: From the first hook to conversion in the shop. Creative Strategy isn't a nice-to-have for us, but a strong foundation to best reach our target groups.
And this is exactly where you come in: You bring a good understanding of numbers – and a genuine obsession with dogs. But you're not just interested in the four-legged friends, but also in the dog parents behind them. You recognize patterns, test hypotheses, and enjoy developing new approaches and ideas. For customer journeys that not only look good but also perform.
Tasks
- You develop target group-optimized Full-Funnel Concepts for new customer acquisition through our Paid Channels – from the first hook through the landing page to the final conversion
- You analyze target groups in depth, using existing customer research, reviews, comments, insights from online communities and cross-functional exchange (e.g., with product marketing) for hypothesis development
- You develop a well-founded testing roadmap, which you continuously coordinate and prioritize with the performance marketing and shop team
- You design the planned tests, create briefings for the performance marketing and shop team, and ensure implementation in terms of timeline, consistency, and quality
- You strategically use advertising and consumer psychology, the principles of direct response marketing, to optimize all funnel steps
- You establish weekly tracking with clearly defined KPIs along the entire funnel – and conduct additional analyses as needed to validate your hypotheses
- You document the results systematically and structured, thus building a scalable learning database
Qualifications
- Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in a comparable role – ideally in a D2C environment with a full-funnel focus on new customer acquisition
- Psychology meets Performance: You bring a strong interest or background in advertising and consumer psychology and can apply these principles targeted
- (Dog)-Customer Obsession: You understand how dog parents tick – what defines them, what they pay attention to, what their pain points are – and are eager to dive even deeper
- Analytically-creative all-rounder: You understand all relevant KPIs, analyze data confidently, recognize performance patterns, and connect them with your feel for target groups, market, and product
- Structured, proactive & implementation-strong: You work very structured, independently, with an eye for detail – You drive your projects forward through good planning, proactive communication, and a goal-oriented approach
- Tool Competence: You know Meta Ads, GA4 & Shopify – and quickly familiarize yourself with new tools (attribution tools = bonus)
- Language Skills: You master German at a native level and have good to very good English skills (at least B2) for our
