ForTech Consulting GmbH is hiring a Lohnbuchhalter:in (Payroll Accountant) for a 100% remote role starting at 30 hours per week. In this position, you will independently manage payroll and/or financial accounting for an established firm's clients across various industries and sizes.
What You'll Do
- Self-manage payroll and/or financial accounting for clients of various industries and sizes.
- Prepare monthly payroll and salary statements if your focus is on payroll accounting.
- Process ongoing accounting, prepare annual financial statements, and handle tax returns if your focus is on financial accounting.
- Communicate directly with clients and authorities.
What We're Looking For
- Completed training as a tax assistant (Steuerfachangestellte/r) or in financial accounting with experience in payroll accounting.
- At least 2–3 years of professional experience in payroll and/or financial accounting.
- Secure, practical knowledge of DATEV software.
- An independent, structured, and absolutely reliable way of working.
- Genuine enjoyment of digital collaboration and working from a home office.
