Qnity Electronics is looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for procurement operations, contract management, invoice handling, cost optimization, and logistics coordination to support smooth supply chain processes. What You'll Do
- Convert requisitions into purchase orders accurately and within defined timelines.
- Maintain compliance with procurement policies and ensure timely execution of transactions.
- Update and validate pricing information in procurement systems.
- Ensure pricing alignment with contractual terms and agreements.
- Manage white paper agreements, including drafting, reviewing, and coordinating renewals.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving invoice exceptions.
- Coordinate between business teams, accounting, and procurement to ensure timely resolution.
- Identify saving opportunities through spend analysis and supplier negotiations.
- Support strategic sourcing initiatives and provide insights for decision-making.
- Maintain procurement systems and ensure accurate data for reporting and analytics.
- Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with IT if applicable.
- Apply knowledge of logistics terminology to support day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with buyers and logistics teams to ensure smooth supply chain processes.
What We're Looking For
- A graduation with preferred focus on procurement, and/or equivalent work experience.
