Join REWE Group as a Logistics Service Clerk in 35410 Hungen. In this role, you will support a logistics location by handling customer service and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. You will manage communication between logistics and our markets.

What You'll Do

Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone.
Process and research market complaints in internal systems.
Perform general administrative duties.
Manage internal correspondence with logistics departments.
Ensure smooth communication with markets and market managers.
Process and book return documents from markets.

What We're Looking For

Very good German language skills and strong communication abilities.
Friendly and competent phone manner with customers.
Willingness to work and a reliable, independent work style.
Very good knowledge of PC systems and MS Office applications.
Willingness to work shifts and on Saturdays.

Nice to Have

Successfully completed commercial vocational training or initial professional experience in the mentioned areas.
Prior knowledge of logistics processes and quick comprehension of complex procedures and contexts.
