Mercier Consultancy MD is hiring a Logistics & Delivery Advisor fluent in French and English to join our team in Greece. In this role, you will provide essential logistical support and customer service to French-speaking clients, ensuring timely delivery and accurate tracking while addressing their inquiries.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional logistical support and customer service to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate tracking of shipments.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to their orders, shipping options, and delivery-related issues.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to streamline processes and improve service efficiency.
- Stay informed about industry standards and best practices in logistics to provide relevant guidance to customers.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
