What You'll Do
As a Local IT Support Assistant, you’ll ensure smooth daily operations at the Shanghai office through hands-on logistical and technical support. You’ll coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with carriers such as DHL and FedEx, ensuring timely delivery and accurate tracking. Regular inventory audits will be conducted to keep digital records up to date for all equipment and supplies.
When technical issues arise, you’ll serve as the first responder on-site, identifying hardware or software problems and taking steps to resolve them efficiently. You’ll also act as a liaison between external vendors and internal teams to overcome infrastructure or logistical challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Requirements
- Must be based near Lane77, Ting Xueyuan Road, Jiading District, Shanghai 201802, and available for occasional, pre-scheduled assignments during standard business hours (Monday–Friday).
- Demonstrated ability to manage tasks independently with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Familiarity with basic office IT systems and troubleshooting procedures.
- Excellent organizational abilities and clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in administrative, logistical, or technical support roles is preferred.
