Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat, delivering accurate information and timely support. You'll maintain up-to-date customer records, ensuring all interactions are properly logged in the CRM system for seamless follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and track customer orders, coordinating with internal teams to support smooth fulfillment.
- Resolve complaints efficiently, escalating issues when needed to ensure prompt resolution.

Qualifications and Skills
You bring at least two years of experience in customer service or administrative roles, with strong written and verbal communication abilities. You’re skilled at organizing tasks, managing time, and solving problems with the customer in mind.
