What You'll Do
Respond to customer questions through phone, email, and live chat, ensuring clear and accurate communication. Maintain up-to-date customer records and consistently log interactions in the CRM system for reliable tracking.
Support order processing by coordinating with internal teams to keep fulfillment on track. Resolve customer concerns efficiently, escalating complex cases when needed to ensure timely outcomes.
Collaborate with sales, surveyors, and installation staff to deliver a smooth customer journey. Assist management with report preparation and general administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments as necessary.
Requirements
