At CoverGo, we are hiring a Local Digital Marketing Specialist to support the Rentokil Terminix brand. In this role, you will assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase the brand's online presence. You will serve as a support link between marketing, product, and field teams, helping to execute plans that drive reach and revenue for assigned markets.

What You'll Do

Develop local digital strategies to promote Rentokil Terminix brand products and services.
Develop strategies to monitor and enhance branch local listings to increase online visibility and improve SERP rankings.
Design and test review generation techniques across several platforms to improve overall average star ratings.
Maintain and manage online reviews and star ratings to enhance company and branch reputation.
Analyze branch reputation and generate actionable reports to be shared with colleagues in the field.
Assist in the development and production of on-page content to meet predetermined KPIs.
Lead the development and execution of off-site SEO strategies aimed at improving website authority and rankings by branch and geographic region.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and search engine algorithm updates.
Develop and execute plans to drive customers to the website and enhance the eCommerce experience.
Simplify reporting metrics to understand customer trends across marketing channels and regions.
Provide insights from marketing reports to help create action plans for marketing and field organizations.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of local digital marketing experience.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven track record of collaboration to improve online visibility and engagement.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have

5+ years of marketing experience.
Knowledge of digital tools a plus: Google Analytics, Ads, Search Console, Moz, BrightLocal.

Benefits & Compensation

Compensation: $69,700 - $90,600 per year.
