Responsibilities
- Deliver daily operational support to all staff through a ticketing platform, phone, email, and in-person interactions for all internal systems and software tools.
- Offer expert guidance and resolve technical issues for loan officers, processors, underwriters, and other team members using loan origination platforms.
- Help loan officers and processors determine loan eligibility and interpret lending policies accurately.
- Perform administrative functions at the individual loan level within the loan origination system.
- Log and monitor tasks, actions, and time allocations using the ticketing system.
- Deliver consistent customer service through phone, in-person, and ticket-based channels.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient support and knowledge sharing.
Compensation
Base Pay: $19.00 - $23.00; Bonus: Monthly bonus incentive eligible
