Responsibilities include ordering, monitoring, and managing credit reports, verification reports, and third-party searches for multifamily loan underwriting, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and policies. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Five years experience in: - Preparing/analyzing loan applications - Processing real estate transactions - Marketing/underwriting loans - Economic or community development Bachelor's degree may substitute for three years experience. Associate's degree may substitute for 18 months experience.
