Prominent Career Solutions, LLC is hiring a Litigation Attorney focused on warranty-related cases. This is a mid- to senior-level position within an Am Law 200 firm's Litigation Business Unit, offering a fully remote opportunity to defend automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers.
What You'll Do
- Defend automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty-related litigation.
- Handle comprehensive trial and arbitration preparation.
- Manage motion practice, depositions, and mediations.
What We're Looking For
- Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar.
- Minimum of five years of experience as an attorney.
- Significant experience in trial and arbitration preparation, motion practice, depositions, and mediations.
- Strong advocacy, legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Team & Environment
You will be part of the firm's Litigation Business Unit in Southern California, working within a collaborative team on a dynamic and specialized practice area.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $170k to $200k per year.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. Location is flexible; however, all candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the California Bar.
