About the Role

Join Inetum as a Linux Systems Engineer, working on a significant space sector program. You will be integrated into a 70-person team across infrastructure components, participating in both build and run activities on two-week cycles to maintain and evolve critical environments.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure the availability and performance of multiple environments (dev, qualification, production).
  • Implement and maintain security directives on infrastructures.
  • Manage and optimize Red Hat Satellite.
  • Standardize and automate tasks using Ansible, Terraform, and Gitlab CI/CD.
  • Participate in writing technical documentation, operational procedures, and user guides.
  • Work closely with architects, security, network, systems experts, and business teams.
  • Provide expert-level technical support on deployed solutions.
  • Maintain the CMDB, documentation repositories, and knowledge base.
  • Update installation, operation, acceptance, and architecture diagram documents.

What We're Looking For

  • Solid Linux expertise (ideally RedHat).
  • Comfortable in demanding and secure environments.
  • Appreciate working in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Seek to work on high-value technological projects.
  • Have a DevOps culture and appetite for automation.
  • This position requires a security clearance (habilitation).

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of monitoring tools: Nagios, Centreon, ELK, Prometheus.
  • Experience with Grafana (backend Elasticsearch or Prometheus).
  • Experience with Centreon BAM + querying ElasticSearch or SQL via API.
  • Cloud or container skills: Kubernetes, OpenStack, Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

  • Linux: RedHat (RHEL 7/8), Red Hat Satellite
  • Log Centralization: ELK (Elastic, Logstash, Kibana)
  • DevOps / CI/CD: Ansible Tower, GitLab, Artifactory
  • Languages / IaC: Ansible, Terraform, Python, PHP

Team & Environment

You will be one of 70 collaborators working across all infrastructure components, integrated into one of 7 technical squads. Each squad includes a Scrum Master, Product Owner, architects, and infrastructure/DevOps experts.
