HireHawk is hiring a LinkedIn Content and Marketing Strategist to own and execute founder-focused personal branding. This versatile, self-driven role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on creation, from copywriting and design to video production and performance analysis.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive LinkedIn content strategies for founder-focused personal branding.
- Create, design, and optimize engaging LinkedIn posts, carousels, and video content from concept to completion.
- Manage end-to-end content production including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing.
- Analyze content performance metrics and iterate strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with leadership on overall content strategy and brand direction while working autonomously.
What We're Looking For
- Proven expertise in LinkedIn content strategy, including ability to create and optimize posts, carousels, and video content.
- Advanced design skills with proficiency in at least two visual design tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Documented experience creating video content specifically optimized for LinkedIn platform engagement.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience working directly with founders, personal brands, or in B2B marketing environments.
- Advanced understanding of LinkedIn analytics and reporting tools for performance measurement and strategy refinement.
- Capable of autonomous work, solving problems and implementing marketing initiatives with minimal direct supervision.
- Associate Degree or equivalent professional certification in marketing, communications, or related digital media field.
- Proven experience using social media scheduling platforms to manage content distribution and timing.
- Strong copywriting skills with ability to create engaging, platform-specific content narratives.
