Lightcast is hiring a Customer Success Manager focused on our Higher Education clients. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact, ensuring our US-based university partners achieve their goals and realize the full value of our data and analytics.
What You'll Do
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key contacts at Higher Education institutions.
- Proactively guide clients through onboarding, training, and ongoing use of the Lightcast platform to drive adoption and success.
- Act as the client's advocate internally, collaborating with product and support teams to address needs and feedback.
- Monitor client health metrics and develop strategies to ensure renewal, expansion, and overall satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or client-facing role, preferably within the Higher Education sector or a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong ability to understand client needs, translate them into actionable plans, and communicate value effectively.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to manage a portfolio of accounts independently.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust and facilitating productive conversations.
