About the Role

At Cardinal Health (MMS Solutions), we are hiring a Lifestyle Sales Manager for the HOKA brand in the France & BENELUX region. You will be directly responsible for the long-term strategic growth of the HOKA trend business within your territory, appraising distribution, developing strategic vision, building commercial relationships, and managing seasonal go-to-market processes.

What You'll Do

  • Support the strategic plan for the market and manage the achievement of the country sales plan and key business goals.
  • Drive service excellence and execute the strategic direction within the specific country.
  • Develop and control the sales of the provided account base in line with brand building guidelines.
  • Execute and prepare seasonal product forecasts for your own accounts and support for the entire country.
  • Develop the profitability of the business with all accounts and manage sales information through to the Sales Director.
  • Develop and maintain productive, effective, and professional relationships with peers, superiors, auditors, and others.
  • Represent the company in a positive and supportive manner at all times.
  • Monitor the market, build and present holistic business plans, and participate in projects that benefit the individual, the Division, or the Company as a whole.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven Sales Management experience.
  • Proven track record in brand management and successful sales development.
  • French speaker with a good level of English.
  • Clean Driving Licence.

Nice to Have

  • Strong Sales / Marketing Experience within the footwear or lifestyle brand industry.
  • Depth of knowledge in building a strategic roadmap for a logistics function including capabilities, systemic solutions, and organizational design.

Team & Environment

You will be supported by and report directly to the Lifestyle Sales Director.
