About the Role
This role is responsible for creating and managing marketing initiatives that guide customers through each stage of their journey, using analytics and segmentation to improve retention, increase product adoption, and support revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop automated email campaigns to engage users at key lifecycle stages
- Use customer behavior data to personalize messaging and improve conversion
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align messaging with customer needs
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on metrics
- Create audience segments for targeted outreach using CRM tools
- Optimize onboarding sequences to improve early engagement
- Design win-back campaigns for inactive customers
- Manage calendar of lifecycle communications
- Conduct A/B testing to refine subject lines, content, and timing
- Track KPIs including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics
- Ensure brand consistency across all lifecycle touchpoints
- Support product launch campaigns with lifecycle messaging
- Analyze customer journey data to identify drop-off points
- Refine messaging for different user personas
- Maintain documentation for campaign workflows
- Work with design team to produce email assets
- Integrate feedback from customer support to improve messaging
- Use marketing automation platforms to deploy campaigns
- Coordinate with compliance team to meet data privacy standards
- Report on campaign effectiveness to leadership team
