Responsibilities

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance regulations and offerings
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
- Document client interactions and update records regularly
- Coordinate with underwriting and claims departments when necessary
- Follow compliance protocols for data privacy and financial regulations
- Deliver educational resources to help clients make informed decisions
- Identify client life changes that may affect coverage needs
- Propose adjustments to existing policies when appropriate
- Meet service and sales performance benchmarks
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Use CRM tools to manage client portfolios efficiently
- Ensure all recommendations align with client financial goals
- Maintain professional communication across phone and digital channels
- Escalate complex cases to senior advisors when needed
- Support marketing initiatives with client insights and feedback
- Adhere to ethical standards in all client engagements
