As a Life Benefits Specialist, you’ll work remotely in a full-time role dedicated to helping members understand their supplemental life insurance benefits. Members reach out through their union or association, and you’ll be the point of contact—providing accurate information, guiding enrollment, and ensuring clarity every step of the way.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to member inquiries about life insurance benefits with accuracy and empathy.
- Educate individuals on policy details, coverage options, and enrollment steps.
- Follow agency protocols to maintain compliance with state regulations and professional standards.
- Manage your schedule independently while meeting performance and accountability expectations.
- Keep your life insurance license active and up to date.

You must live in Georgia, Alabama, District of Columbia, Florida, Indiana, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, or Virginia. A valid life insurance license is required. You should be self-disciplined, organized, and able to thrive in a remote setting without direct daily oversight.
