Role Overview
As an Outside Plant Inspector, you will serve as the primary field representative for both the company and its clients. Your responsibilities include verifying that all construction activities follow approved plans, technical specifications, and permitting guidelines. You will be on-site to supervise contractor work, ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the official on-site liaison for the company and client interests
- Verify construction work complies with engineering designs and regulatory requirements
- Observe and evaluate contractor execution and work quality
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of field activities
- Communicate regularly and effectively with the assigned Resident for oversight and coordination
Qualifications and Advancement
All new team members begin in the Inspector role. Advancement to the Resident position is available based on demonstrated performance, technical proficiency, and consistent reliability in the field. Success in this role requires attention to detail, clear communication, and a commitment to compliance and safety standards.
Compensation and Work Environment
This is an on-site position with no remote options. Compensation details are available upon request. There are no equity or additional benefits specified at this time. Employees have the opportunity to progress into higher-level roles after mastering core inspection duties and showing strong field performance.
