Lola Blankets is hiring a Licensing Coordinator to support Mob Entertainment across Business Development, Licensing, Legal, and HR functions. You will play a key role in brand development, managing communications, and organizing business operations to bring high-quality merchandise to life.
What You'll Do
- Provide communication and manage approvals using the Flowhaven system.
- Communicate with groups in multiple regions, organize meetings, capture notes, and ensure follow-up items are completed.
- Help organize areas within the business team to enhance productivity.
- Contribute to presentations, sales materials, and business updates.
- Utilize project management skills to ensure progress and deadlines are met.
- Ensure royalty reports and forecasts are received.
- Liaise with Brand Development on production and contractual samples.
- Support Brand Development in updating assets on central systems and informing licensees.
- Oversee asset management requirements for Brand Development across internal divisions.
- Review the general consumer products email inbox and identify potential business opportunities.

- Bachelor's degree or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment balancing a high volume of daily tasks and larger projects.
- Ability to adjust work hours on occasion to accommodate meeting participants in multiple time zones.
- Experience tracking and meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Nice to Have
- 2+ years of work experience or equivalent internships; experience with ecommerce is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and another language; Japanese would be a plus.
