Allstate is looking for a Licensed Sales Professional (LSP) to join a local agency serving New York. In this role, you will become a trusted advisor in your community, building relationships and helping customers prepare for life’s uncertainties. You will receive comprehensive training, with no prior insurance experience required, as you focus on growing the agency.
What You'll Do
- Achieve sales goals by generating new business and cross-selling to existing customers
- Identify and qualify leads from various sources
- Educate customers on Allstate products that meet their specific needs
- Serve your local community by helping them prepare for life’s uncertainties
- Deliver a positive and professional customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses
- Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and follow-through
Nice to Have
- Strong interest in a sales career
- Sales experience is a plus
