Responsibilities
- Assess mental health conditions, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
- Maintain ongoing documentation including updated diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and session notes per company policy
- Deliver high-quality client care and collaborate with a dynamic team to address community needs
- Apply creative interventions to help clients achieve and surpass goals
- Submit individual session documentation according to company guidelines and protocols
- Full-time clinicians must schedule at least 32 hours per week for patient care
- Coordinate services with other care providers, families, employers, medical personnel, OptiMindHealth staff, and school staff as needed
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training sessions

Compensation
Starting Salary range: $62,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
