Provide compassionate, client-centered therapy through a secure telehealth platform, serving individuals in need of mental health support. You will conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial evaluations and clinical screenings to understand each client’s unique situation and develop personalized treatment strategies.
What You'll Do
- Deliver individual counseling sessions remotely using HIPAA-compliant technology
- Assess client needs and formulate evidence-based treatment plans
- Regularly review and adjust clinical plans based on client progress
- Document therapy sessions, client outcomes, and care recommendations with accuracy and timeliness
- Support clients in identifying unhelpful thought patterns and developing healthier coping mechanisms
- Manage a full-time caseload efficiently while maintaining clinical standards
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling or a closely related mental health discipline
- Currently licensed as a Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania in good standing
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience after licensure
- Background in telehealth or outpatient mental health settings
- Proven ability to assess, document, and communicate effectively in a clinical context
