Weflow is hiring a Licensed Mental Health Therapist-Virginia

Weflow is looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth care to children, teens, and young adults in Virginia. As part of a clinician-led, mission-driven team, you will play a key role in helping families access vital mental health support.

What You'll Do

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy via secure telehealth.
• Conduct intakes, assessments, and client-driven treatment plans.
• Collaborate with PMHNPs, psychiatrists, peer clinicians, and the supervisory team.
• Maintain timely, accurate notes in the EHR.
• Support families with education, tools, and ongoing care coordination.
• Target 15-32 sessions per week, maintaining 22-36 hours of availability weekly.

What We're Looking For

• Must hold one of the following Virginia licenses: LPC, LCSW, LPC-R, or LMSW.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Passion for serving children, teens, and young adults.

Nice to Have

• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred.

• Compensation: $45-$65 per billable hour (depending on license type).
