Kafene is looking for an Emotional Support Expert, Arabic Speaking (UAE) to apply clinical experience in a collaborative, remote environment. In this role, you will provide essential emotional support and guidance to individuals on the fertility and family-forming journey.
What You'll Do
- Identify and support the emotional needs and challenges faced by those on the fertility and family forming journey.
- Understand current regulatory trends and guidelines in all of UAE.
- Utilize experience and skills to engage in discussions and educate others.
- Lend expertise or knowledge to participate in continuing education programs for Carrot employees as needed.
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives and audits to drive a safe, compliant, high-standard experience.
What We're Looking For
- Active LCSW, PsyD, LMFT, or RN license.
- Currently practicing clinician with a minimum of 2 years of experience providing patient care to individuals, couples and families in the fertility and family forming space.
- Superb active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and understand the difference between good clinical judgment and non-directive guidance.
- Ability to function well from a confidential and private work-remote environment (this is a 100% remote role).
- Flexibility to adapt with evolving business needs.
- Must have reliable online and digital resources available for use.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
Nice to Have
- Fluent in any additional language skills like Japanese or Chinese Mandarin.
