DriveWhip is looking for an Engagement Specialist (Contract) to join our mission of transforming mental health care. You will serve as the key first point of contact, providing critical support during initial calls to create a safe, stigma-free environment and ensure compassionate, high-quality care.
What You'll Do
- Conduct brief client assessments during initial calls
- Provide crisis support, facilitate client admissions, referrals, and resource navigation
- Schedule appointments and verify insurance to ensure a seamless client experience
- Maintain detailed, timely documentation using CRM, EMR, and telehealth platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver personalized, effective care
What We're Looking For
- Experience in mental health, crisis intervention, or client-facing roles
- Compassionate, professional, and dedicated to supporting client success
- Strong communication, organizational, and digital skills (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM/EMR platforms)
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field
- 1+ years’ experience in client support or healthcare
- Bilingual English/Spanish
