Join Tactacam as a Customer Service Representative, where you'll be the front line of support for our outdoor gear and advanced applications. Working remotely, you'll use your technical aptitude and passion for the outdoors to solve problems and provide an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Deliver top-tier technical support for our diverse range of products and services.
- Engage with customers via phone and other channels to diagnose and solve technical problems.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by swiftly addressing inquiries and needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while managing a high volume of incoming calls.
What We're Looking For
- Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in technical issue resolution.
- Familiarity with customer service software and systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly.
- Experience with remote troubleshooting and a customer-focused, problem-solving mindset.
- Proven experience working in remote settings.
- A dedicated remote work environment with high-speed internet (50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload minimum).
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
