Gotham Enterprises Ltd is hiring a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) to provide consistent virtual care for clients in Massachusetts. In this role, you will focus on assessment, intervention, and progress tracking, dedicating your time to clinical therapy without the logistics of in-person scheduling.
What You'll Do
- Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
- Complete clinical assessments and documentation
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Track client outcomes and engagement
- Maintain compliance with Massachusetts regulations
What We're Looking For
- Active Massachusetts mental health license (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW)
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
- Prior experience in clinical therapy delivery
- Comfort working in a remote clinical environment
- Strong time-management skills

- Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 per year
