Gotham Enterprises Ltd is hiring a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) for a full-time remote position. You will provide virtual therapy to clients across California, leveraging a secure platform without the administrative burdens of private practice.
What You'll Do
- Provide virtual mental health therapy using a HIPAA-compliant platform.
- Use evidence-based techniques to support client progress.
- Develop and adjust personalized treatment plans as needed.
- Offer guidance to help clients navigate challenges effectively.
- Track progress and adapt therapeutic approaches accordingly.
What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
- Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California.
- Minimum of three years in an outpatient or telehealth setting.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Comfortable using digital tools for clinical documentation.
