Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide personalized mental health care from a fully remote setting. You will support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life stressors, guiding them toward practical tools and meaningful change.
What You'll Do
- Provide private, HIPAA-compliant teletherapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
- Conduct thorough assessments to uncover client histories and needs
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans
- Apply diverse therapeutic methods, including CBT, DBT, and trauma-focused care
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to support holistic care
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
What We're Looking For
- Active Wisconsin license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW)
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field
- Minimum one year of independent clinical experience
- Ability to build trust and maintain connection virtually
- Organized and comfortable managing your own caseload
Nice to Have
- Telehealth experience a plus
