We are seeking licensed mental health clinicians to provide outpatient behavioral health services in Massachusetts and Colorado. This role offers full-time or part-time remote positions with flexible scheduling, allowing you to maintain a sustainable practice while delivering high-quality, individualized care.
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver individual, family, and group therapy based on patient needs
- Conduct psychological assessments when appropriate
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and clinical psychologists
- Customize treatment plans and session frequency for each patient
- Document clinical care promptly and accurately
- Work within an integrated care model that emphasizes coordination and holistic outcomes
Qualifications
Candidates must hold an active license as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC and be authorized to practice independently in Georgia. Graduation from an accredited clinical program is required. Licensure in Massachusetts or Colorado is preferred for expanded practice opportunities.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary range: $45,000 – $65,000+, with potential for productivity bonuses
