What You'll Do
Deliver individualized mental health care as part of an integrated outpatient team. You’ll have full autonomy to shape treatment plans, set session frequency, and provide evidence-based therapy tailored to each patient’s needs. Conduct one-on-one, family, or group therapy as appropriate, and administer psychological assessments when necessary.
Work closely with physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and other clinicians to coordinate comprehensive care. Focus entirely on clinical responsibilities with no on-call obligations, supported by a streamlined documentation and administrative system that prioritizes efficiency.
Requirements
- Graduate degree from an accredited counseling, marriage and family therapy, or social work program
- Active licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Colorado
- Authorization to practice independently within the state
- Demonstrated ability to provide clinical services with minimal supervision
