We're changing that narrative—making mental health care not just accessible, but genuinely life-changing for everyone. **Job description** We're seeking full-time Licensed Therapists to join our team and provide outpatient services through our telehealth program! **Benefits:** Our team works 100% remotely from their own homes! • W2, Full-time • Compensation package includes a base plus bonus! **$68k-$100k earning potential.** • Monday - Friday schedule; No weekends! Shift options include 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm and 11am-8pm ET • Liability insurance covered and **annual stipend for growth & education opportunities** • Partner with commercial health plans, licensed Medicaid and Medicare provider seeing patients across the lifespan **Requirements:** Brave licensed therapists can be based anywhere in the US, but must have an active FL license to get started. No FL license yet? Don't sweat it—we'll reimburse licensure fees for new hires. • Master's level degree (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent credential) • Eligibility to work in the United States • Work from home space must have privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English, Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus • Meets background/regulatory requirements **Skills:** • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Tech-savvy and comfortable with telehealth software, video communication, and internal tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments **Ready to apply?
