lempire is looking for Top Talent to join the lemstar program, a talent accelerator designed to find and elevate future stars who will shape the future of lemlist. You will pitch and build a moonshot project, gain real ownership from Day 1, and work across Marketing, Product, Tech, Sales, or Operations.
What You'll Do
- Pitch a moonshot project idea that could 10x lemlist or create a new revenue stream.
- Build a prototype, asset, or MVP for your idea (e.g., landing page, demo, Figma, Notion doc).
- Record a 5-minute elevator pitch video explaining the idea, the why, the impact, your process, and what's next.
What We're Looking For
- Have less than 2–3 years of experience.
- Be scrappy, resourceful, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
- Have an extra-mile mindset and be willing to show impact from Day 1.
- Be hungry to learn, resilient in the face of failure, and bounce back stronger.
- Bring energy, originality, and heart into everything you do.
