LifeStance Health is looking for a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist to provide clinical care to clients in the Spokane, WA area. In this role, you will join a mission-driven organization dedicated to improving mental health outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards of clinical practice
What We're Looking For
- Valid Washington state license as a Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Master’s degree or higher in Marriage & Family Therapy or a closely related field
- Demonstrated experience in clinical assessment and therapy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Work Mode
This position is hybrid, allowing for a mix of in-person and remote work based in Spokane, WA. Full-time and part-time schedules are available.
