Concentrix is hiring a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent to work remotely from home. In this role, you will engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls and online channels to deliver expert customer experiences, advise on insurance plans, and process enrollments.

What You'll Do

• Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls and online channels.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support by resolving routine inquiries.
• Navigate multiple systems efficiently.
• Actively listen and ask questions to identify customer needs.
• Advise on plan options, coverages, and pricing.
• Process new and amended enrollments.
• Ensure customers enjoy authentic experiences.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 6 months of sales experience.
• Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty insurance.
• Verifiable High school diploma or GED.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking with strong problem-solving skills.
• High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone (10 Mbps upload, 40 Mbps download, combined 50 Mbps).
• Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.
