Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) to provide direct therapy while overseeing clinical quality for assigned providers. In this remote role, you will ensure ethical care delivery, effective treatment planning, and steady clinical performance.
What You'll Do
- Conduct telehealth therapy sessions with clients
- Provide clinical supervision and case guidance
- Review treatment plans and progress documentation
- Support adherence to Ohio social work standards
- Address clinical concerns and escalate when needed
- Participate in clinical review meetings
What We're Looking For
- Active Ohio LISW license
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Prior experience in supervision or senior clinical roles
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Comfort working in a structured remote environment

- Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
