What You'll Do
- Provide direct clinical services to clients in an outpatient setting.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Deliver effective, evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to support client needs.
What We're Looking For
- Full, independent clinical licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington.
- Experience providing therapy and clinical assessments.
- Commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Work Mode
This position operates in a hybrid model, combining in-person and remote work, and is based in Spokane, WA. You have the option to work full-time or part-time.
