Responsibilities
- Successfully complete all required certifications to represent state-specific and national insurance carriers
- Support early outreach efforts to new members by making outbound and outreach calls with members to introduce WTW, collect and verify members information, and set an appointment for AEP
- Spend approximately 80% of your scheduled shift during AEP (Oct-Dec) engaged in phone conversations with participants, while consistently meeting or exceeding established efficiency, quality, and sales performance standards
- Use a consultative sales approach to listen to and assess each Medicare eligible participant’s need
- Conduct eligibility and needs analysis to determine suitable plan options
- Clearly explain the costs and benefits of multiple insurance plans using an empathetic and professional communication style
- Make plan recommendations based on participants’ individual needs and assist the participant in the decision-making process
- Maintain professionalism and patience with each caller
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, diverse call‑center environment
- Adhere to all legal regulations

- Training: virtual two-week training class then a week of nesting with new team
- During the Enrollment Season (Oct-Dec), mandatory overtime may be required

- Start date tentative depending on successful background check and preboarding steps and availability of spot in training class
- Classes limited and assigned on first-come, first-served basis
- If onboarding not completed before last training class or no spots available, cannot start this season
- Must complete extensive background check to be licensed as Benefit Advisor
