About the Role

Levata is hiring a Vendor Operations Specialist to provide crucial support across our Customer Service, Online Sales, Procurement, and Fulfillment teams. This role is a great entry point for a driven individual to start their career, resolving issues via phone and email for both external customers and internal partners.

What You'll Do

  • Answer customer service calls and emails regarding order questions.
  • Contact customers proactively via phone and email about order issues.
  • Address customer inquiries related to order returns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
  • Log and communicate recurring customer issues or complaints to leadership and account managers.
  • Process online orders and communicate with customers when needed to ensure accuracy.
  • Submit vendor purchase orders and follow up on fulfillment and tracking.
  • Escalate issues when dealing with unresponsive vendors.
  • Process and track RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations).

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong willingness to learn and drive to succeed.
  • Proficiency with phone systems.
  • Competency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Outlook expertise, including managing multiple inboxes seamlessly.
  • Experience working with web-based interfaces, especially using multiple tabs.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially over phone and email.
  • A flexible and adaptable nature; you enjoy taking on various new responsibilities but are also content focusing on a repeated task.
  • Problem-solving skills and a highly detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and cooperate within a team.
  • Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

Nice to Have

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role.

  • Web-based interfaces
