What You'll Do
- Handle all aspects of complex loan and financing transactions
- Represent banks, other lenders, and borrowers in secured, mezzanine, and unsecured commercial loans
- Work on asset-based, revolving, and term loan facilities
- Assist financial services clients across a spectrum of complex lending transactions
What We're Looking For
- Established attorney with a substantial, portable book of business
