Gate is hiring for a Lend-Loan Operations role within our Investment Products P2P & Lend department. This position is central to managing and supporting the operational lifecycle of our peer-to-peer lending and loan products.
What You'll Do
- Manage the day-to-day operational processes for the P2P lending and loan portfolio.
- Monitor and support the lifecycle of loan products from origination to settlement.
- Ensure operational compliance and accuracy for all lending activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
- Generate and maintain operational reporting and data integrity.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in loan operations, financial services operations, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of peer-to-peer lending platforms and loan lifecycle management.
- Excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global operational environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
