We are seeking a nationwide experienced Outsystems Solutions leader (m/w/d) who wants to further develop our consulting offerings. Tasks: You want to: - Strategically develop and precisely position our Outsystems business as an independent consulting offering - Take responsibility for building a scalable performance portfolio in Low-Code with Outsystems focus - Comprehensively accompany customers from initial contact through needs analysis to solution implementation - Actively shape interfaces between sales, customers, and delivery teams - Expand internal and external networks and engage in community building - Identify new market potentials, qualify leads, and derive concrete consulting approaches and projects - Build sustainable customer relationships and position yourself as a sparring partner Qualifications: You have: - Ambition to advance Low-Code solutions with Outsystems for target customers in healthcare and public sectors - Multiple years of verifiable experience in Outsystems projects - ideally in leadership roles or as central customer contact - Pronounced understanding of consulting and solution business in IT context with provable presales or active sales successes - Experience recognizing customer needs, formulating solutions, and developing compelling consulting proposals - An entrepreneurial mindset motivating you to build new business fields with strategic foresight - Ability to engage with customers and internal stakeholders at eye level - both professionally and communicatively - An existing and developable network in Low-Code IT and organizational consulting - Excellent German language skills in speech and writing with confident appearance in German-speaking customer environments Benefits: Join our team and become part of an open corporate culture with flexible work models and schedules.
