We're searching for an innovative Team Manager to guide our Self-Determination Program (SDP) Transition Navigators — the dedicated frontline experts helping families successfully navigate complex enrollment processes. As Team Manager for SDP Transition Navigators, you'll be accountable for comprehensive performance management, strategic metric tracking, results-oriented coaching, and rigorous process discipline. You'll establish clear performance expectations, conduct daily metric monitoring, and leverage data for continuous improvement — all while maintaining compassionate leadership that prioritizes participant experiences. Founded with innovative support in 2020, our organization is revolutionizing service access for individuals with developmental disabilities. Through dedicated professionals, we've successfully assisted numerous clients in program enrollment and are rapidly expanding statewide. Responsibilities Include: • Team Leadership & Coaching: Provide supportive supervision fostering collaboration, growth, and performance excellence • Project Management & Workflow Oversight: Drive consistent workflow utilization, monitor progress, enforce completion standards • Metrics Accountability: Track performance using KPIs, monitor outcomes, set targeted goals • Customer Experience & Conflict Resolution: Resolve escalations effectively, maintain high satisfaction • Training & Development: Ensure staff confidence through structured learning • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with leadership to resolve operational challenges • Mission-Driven Innovation: Contribute strategic insights Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience • Proven ability to transition service staff into structured workflows • Results-driven approach using measurable goals • Strong customer service orientation • Exceptional organizational skills • Compassionate communication style • Adaptability in remote, digital environments Preferred Experience: • Support systems knowledge for developmental disabilities • California regional center system familiarity • Self-Determination Program understanding • CRM platform expertise, particularly HubSpot • Performance tracking in social service environments Benefits: • Remote work flexibility • Continuous professional development • Career growth opportunities • Comprehensive insurance coverage • 401(k) • 14 PTO days annually • 7 sick/flex days • Annual company retreat Salary Range: $70,000 – $85,000 (experience and location dependent)
