As Team Manager for SDP Transition Navigators, you'll be accountable for comprehensive performance management, strategic metric tracking, results-oriented coaching, and rigorous process discipline. You'll establish clear performance expectations, conduct daily metric monitoring, and leverage data for continuous improvement — all while maintaining compassionate leadership that prioritizes participant experiences. Through dedicated professionals, we've successfully assisted numerous clients in program enrollment and are rapidly expanding statewide.
