Responsibilities
- Deploy new tools, enhancements, and solutions to implement management's technology initiatives.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their technical challenges and operational needs, guiding them toward effective solutions.
- Assess the current technical environment and identify opportunities for process and technology improvements.
- Create comprehensive user and technical requirements.
- Conduct training sessions and support end-user adoption of new tools and optimized workflows.
- Develop usage guidelines, best-practice recommendations, user documentation, training materials, and other supporting resources.
- Enhance system efficiency through innovative problem-solving and solution design.
- Provide 24-hour on-call support as part of a rotating schedule shared among IT team members to ensure rapid response and recovery for software or hardware issues affecting mission-critical systems and networks.
Compensation
The successful candidate will be placed at a salary step based on years of experience and additional relevant degrees, certifications, credentials, or skills.
