Join our mission. ⚠️ This is an individual contributor position without direct reports. 🎯 Primary objective: Construct an AI-driven legal operations framework accelerating revenue, minimizing legal transaction touchpoints, and providing leadership comprehensive risk and performance insights. Responsibilities encompass: AI-FIRST SELF-SERVICE CONTRACTING • Implement scalable self-service mechanisms for NDAs, intake, approvals, and standard documentation • Execute initial AI contract review with risk identification • Launch "@ask-legal" Slack assistant and streamlined request portal LEGAL TECH STACK & AUTHORITATIVE DATA SOURCE • Manage legal tooling roadmap and cross-system integrations • Establish reliable contract, matter, and obligation tracking • Evaluate and optimize AI/automation vendor partnerships KNOWLEDGE, RECORDS & COMPLIANCE PREPARATION • Centralize corporate records and entity management • Develop searchable legal knowledge repositories • Enhance audit readiness through automated controls METRICS & PROGRAM LEADERSHIP • Generate real-time performance dashboards • Propose strategic roadmaps and quarterly plans • Lead cross-functional initiatives with data-driven approach REQUIREMENTS Must-haves: • 3-5 years legal operations/contract management experience • Enthusiasm for AI and no-code workflow transformation • Data-driven operational approach • Contract management proficiency • System-building mentality • Effective cross-functional communication skills Nice-to-haves: • Paralegal certification • Corporate law understanding • No-code workflow experience • High-growth startup background Why Join Us?
