Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage audio/video systems on-site at diverse locations, primarily within the DMV region, with potential for domestic and international assignments
- Record legal proceedings with precision, monitoring audio quality and video composition throughout
- Take detailed notes during sessions, capturing exhibit numbers, witness statements, and procedural milestones
- Administer oaths and document sworn testimony accurately during depositions and hearings
- Review recordings and notes for completeness, contributing to reliable transcripts and official records
- Prepare summaries and formal minutes of meetings, hearings, and legal discussions
- Maintain awareness of legal terminology, protocols, and company-specific workflows
Qualifications
Candidates must be self-directed, attentive to detail, and reside in the Washington, DC metropolitan area—specifically Washington, DC, Arlington, or Alexandria, VA. No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided. You should be comfortable working independently and interacting professionally with government and private-sector clients.
Technology & Support
