Modine is hiring a Legal Intern to provide direct support to the company's Legal & Compliance team. You will contribute to a wide range of legal and compliance activities, gaining practical experience in corporate law within an international business environment.
What You'll Do
- Support the preparation and review of commercial contracts for customers and suppliers.
- Support the management of legal claims.
- Collaborate in the review and update of internal procedures.
- Support regulatory compliance activities, with particular reference to workplace safety.
- Support the management and implementation of product and process technical regulations for the industry.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in one of the following: Law, Legal Sciences, Legal Services Sciences, Law for Business and Institutions, or Law for Innovation in Business and Public Administration.
- Italian as a native language.
- English proficiency at a good (B2–C1) level.
Nice to Have
- Good familiarity with the main Microsoft 365 tools.
- Ability to work in a team and interact with different stakeholders.
- Precision, reliability, and a strong interest in corporate law and compliance.
